We are a tri-party platform and require the information of the three parties mentioned in our terms of service to provide our customers a unique buy and sell experience in cross-border invoice financing. We may use third party services such as banking and brokerage services to carry out due diligence, compliance, identity verification, business checks and credit checks. This requires us to use the data provided by you to be shared with our trusted partners.
Our customer registration process requires you to provide your company and personal information. The terms of service provide details of such information for each type of the user.
In addition to the explicitly provided information through the portal, we may also collect technical information such as the Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform etc. We may also collect information such as Uniform Resource Locators (URL), browsing behaviours and browsing methodology.
If a contact is made through the phone, we may record our calls for training and service improvement purposes.
We may collect information about you from our business partners such as credit agencies, search companies, advertising networks, analytics firms, public companies such as companies house, accounting firms, legal firms etc. This allows us to avoid frauds and improve the credit quality of the platform participants which in turn improves the customer experience.

You are required as a user to keep your personal key to access the system safe and secure and will not share the information with any external agency.
The internet is not completely secure and though we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our sites.
